The Company
Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting a part-time Assistant Financial Controller for a service orientated client based in Ringwood.
The RoleYou will work the hours of 1pm to 6pm, five days a week (25 hours) and assist the Financial Controller in the day to day running of Finance and HR department. Finance duties will involve: Purchase and Sales Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, preparation of Journals and accruals, assisting with month end reporting and processes and assisting with the preparation of information required for audit. HR duties will involve: Updating and Managing the HR information systems, attending HR Forums, processing Time sheets on a weekly basis and general assistance in all other areas. To be considered you must be AAT Intermediate level qualified or equivalent or significant up to date experience in a similar role. Previous experience of working within HR would be desirable. Experience in accounts preparation to Trial Balance is essential and flexibility in regard to the needs of the business. In return you will enjoy a pleasant working environment with great colleagues.
