Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Gloucester £15,000 + benefits.
The ideal candidate should have a background within fine dining restaurants or 4/5 star hotels. You will be a strong people manager, be persuasive, motivational and will show how you have developed people and standards throughout your career.
You should have a background within the hotel industry with impeccable attention to detail and exemplary standards of customer care.
Your responsibility will be for the standards and profitability of the entire hotel food operation. This position is based within Gloucester and the recently refurbished and soon to be re-launched restaurant has a capacity of 80 diners in restaurant format and 100 for a formal event.
