This Fast Growing Fun Restaurant Concept is looking for a Strong Restaurant Assistant General Manager for one of their High Volume, Flagship restaurants in London.
With plans to open up to 10 new restaurants in the UK next year my client needs a Passionate Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join one of their successful Restaurants.
My Client is well established in the UK, offering Fresh Food in a unique environment that welcomes everyone to their restaurants, whether you are out for a family lunch, a business meeting or catch up with friends this restaurant concept has something for everyone.

Applicants for this position as Restaurant Assistant General Manager in London will need:
At least 3 years Assistant Manager experience in a restaurant environment
Proven track record of developing their people
To be passionate about delivering fantastic service
Drive and ambition to progress further
P&L accountable
Have a passion for fresh food
Good at building relationships in the community
