This Assistant Group Finance Manager position represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a real impact in one of the U.K's leading NHS trusts. This is an opportunity to work with a team of finance professionals at the forefront of NHS Finance.
Working specifically within the Surgical service unit of Rotherham Foundation Trust your role will encompass:
- Production of monthly budget statements.
- Ongoing development of financial management.
- Deputising for the Group Finance Manager at service unit meetings.
- Effective communication and influencing of both finance and non-finance staff.
- Provision of support to the management accounting function.
With an excellent financial background and an outlook or industry experience that enables you to bring something new to this role, you will see the value your ability can add and the improvements the organisation can make.
Ideally being a qualified (CCAB) accountant your financial knowledge and ability will be beyond question but you will also be able to provide effective change and improvement through development of the Assistant Group Finance Manager role.
