An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a fast paced international specialist staffing group based in Tower Hill, London.
Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, you will manage a team of HR Advisors and HR Coordinators to ensure the continuous accuracy and quality of HR services across the business. As part of your remit you will manage all people activities for your teams, including the delivery of appraisals, training and development and succession planning. In addition, you will advise, coach and mentor managers and principal consultants/team leaders on all HR best practices, manage complex ER cases and lead various HR projects.
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience within a Senior HR Advisor role for a busy, fast paced, entrepreneurial organisation and have a pragmatic, common sense approach to HR. Previous management experience is essential.You will also be CIPD qualified or equivalent and degree educated. Proven experience of SAP would be advantageous.
