Candidates should have:

• Some retail supervisory/ management experience
• A hands on, methodical approach
• Real commercial awareness
• Experience of dealing with extensive product ranges

• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to improving the in-store experience
• The ability to work well as part of an enthusiastic team

The successful candidate will be responsible, with the Store Manager, for managing staff, team motivation, maintaining standards, handling a vast product range and ensuring the brand is promoted positively through excellent customer service.
