This internationally recognised high street retailer has had huge investment and has transformed the high street in the last 5 years. This retailer has opened over 50 new sites and still has aggressive expansion plans in place.
This is an opportunity to join the business at a senior level, managing a huge turnover and large sq ft site. The brand represents their clear values and customer base and are always at the cutting edge of high street fashion.
Each store in the business runs very autonomously, you will have a very strategic and commercial role to play. You will not only be in control of how the store is merchandised, but also the stock that you have in store.
As Assistant Manager you main responsibilties will be around stock control, availabilty, leading your team from the front, engaging & developing & overall driving comercialilty and responsibilty for department.
To be successful in this role you must have management experience with from a high voume retailer, clothing is preferable but by no means essential.
The business has announced plans for another 25 stores over the next 12 months, with this in mind you must be ready to be fast-tracked to the next level within the year.
