We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in the day to day operation. You will be involved in all aspects of running the site including production, bookwork, stock control and customer service, as well as deputising for the Manager as necessary.

 As an Assistant Manager you will support the Store Manager in every aspect of running our busy, high turnover outlet, where no two days are ever alike. You will have full responsibility for managing the team, whilst offering the very best in customer service.

This is very hands-on role, and the majority of the time you will work independently, so need to be prepared to handle whatever challenges come your way.

You will be able to maximize the opportunity to develop your skills from managing and motivating the team, stock & cash handling, and having a real impact on every aspect of running the store.
