Assistant Manager required for great quality branded restaurant environment in Reading - £16-18,000 plus company bonus structure
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service within this independently operated branded restaurant concept. Leading from the front you will play a key role in driving sales, controlling costs, developing your team and adhering to brand standards. You will have gained previous experience within a fast paced, quality branded environment and be looking for the opportunity to take your career to the next level
As Assistant Manager you will-
- be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate your team
- possess the determination and enthusiasm to develop and progress within this role
- thrive on delivering first class service that will ensure complete guest satisfaction
- have gained previous experience of managing a busy dining environment, preferably within a branded restaurant
As Assistant Manager you will receive a basic salary in the region of £18,000, company bonus structure and the opportunity to further progress your career within this progressive company
