Position Description
The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Unit Manager to run the Real Food Company in Luton, you will have a real impact on the business - serving customers on the move, directly affecting profit and loss, and motivating the team to deliver the highest standards of service.As the Assistant Manager in this position, you will be leading and motivating the team, complying with brand standards and delivering excellence, maintaining costs and maximising sales.You will be involved in all areas of the business and be developed to become one of our next Unit Managers.
Required Experience
The Assistant Manager will come from a high volume catering environment with the following criteria:-Ideally a branded food or coffee background- High volume environment- Fun, personal communication skills
Salary & Benefits
