Position Description
As Assistant Manager of Upper Crust in Cardiff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptionally yummy baguettes with exceptional service. You will motivate your team to encourage them to upsell, take accountability and share in the group goals.You will also assist the Unit Manager in delivering great profits through the unit.

Required Experience
The Assistant Manager of Upper Crust in Cardiff will ideally come from a retail catering background (sandwich or coffee). You will have great people skills, and understanding of profit and a desire to deliver the best service and the best product.
