Job Role

Assistant Manager - Yorkshire. This role will require you to assist the General Manager and be be responsible for leading your team, driving sales and ensuring provision of excellent customer service. Maintaining the high operational standards expected is crucial in such a competitive market.
You will come from a retail environment where customer service is second nature, you will have previous experience in managing a busy unit and leading/driving your team to success. You must lead from the front, have passion and enthusiasm for the industry and desire to progress your career
