The Job

Successful management drives performance and sales in our Trade Counters. Supporting your Branch Manager, you’ll be working shoulder to shoulder with your team to help deliver excellent sales and service, so when we say being an Assistant Manager is hands-on we mean it. It’s a lively, fast-paced and very rewarding where great teamwork is the key to success. That’s true whether you’re unloading a delivery, helping our customers or coaching Team Members to up-sell at the counter.

What you need

A strong retail background ideally from DIY or Trade, plus supervisory skills in developing a team, dealing with escalated customer service issues and managing cash and stock.
