I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for Standsted. This premium luxury brand is currently going through a period of expansion. Ideally we are looking for someone with Management experience within jewellery, footwear or fashion retail preferably with a high end brand.
Job Role:
- Support the Store Manager with the smooth operation of the store
- Provide high calibre customer service
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the product in order to advise customers
- Drive all KPIs
- Maximise sales at every opportunity
- Be a brand ambassador
- Ensure the visual merchandising and standards of the store are immaculate
- Team training and development
- Conduct appraisals/reviews for staff
- Great communication skills
- Commercially aware
