The Assistant Manager of Upper Crust in Newport will be responsible for:- Developing, coaching and mentoring the team- Delivering exceptional standards always- Providing great customer service both personally and through your team- Taking accountability for the profitability of the store

Required Experience
As the Assistant Manager of Upper Crust in Newport, you will ideally have management experience in retail catering environment (coffee or sandwich background). You will have great interpersonal skills and the desire to please every customer that you serve.
