Our client is one of the UK's leading private health club operators with sites throughout the UK. They are in the process of rebranding and relaunching their site in Canterbury and are looking to recruit an assistant/club manager to take on the reigns of the site and drive it forward through the relaunch.
Objective:
To maximise profit performance; ensure a highly developed and motivated team to provide a welcoming and highly professional service and atmosphere to members.
The post holder will be required to manage all areas of the club and set high standards of service throughout from appearance to operation to profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years management experience within the sports and leisure industry. You will need to have a very strong sales and customer focus and be very motivated and driven to run the site through a successful relaunch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to then grow into an outright club manager role within the site.
