Due to continued expansion our client, a leading mortgage lender in the UK, currently requires an Assistant Possessions Manager to assist the Possessions Manager in the management of the possessions portfolio, business partners and loss mitigation cases.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming possession calls
- Receive and manage incoming possession emails within agreed mandates
- Support the business partners acting as a point of contact on a day to day basis
- Assist in the analysis of possession and letting data to identify trends,/best practice
- Take ownership and responsibility for the business referrals, where possible resolve issues or escalate as appropriate
Experience:
- Experience of managing possessions portfolios, and loss mitigation.
- Experience in the management of 3rd party relationships
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of all Microsoft applications, specifically Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
