Our Assistant Store Managers are involved in every area – managing the team, delivering great service and meeting store targets. You’ll need to be out there leading by example and getting the most out of every individual. What we’ll be looking for
You’re the sort of person who’s always looking for ways to do things even better, and when you need to step into the Store Manager’s shoes, you’ll be more than happy to take on the challenge. You’ll need good people and shop floor management experience. You may even be a Store Manager already, but looking to move to a company that offers long-term progression. What’s in it for you?
