This Assistant Store Manager position is looking after one of the most profitable areas of the business but does not require much admin at all!!

The Role:
Supported by the Store Manager you will manage 15 store colleagues, you will lead from the front getting heavily involved in training and development with an aim to increase sales and profitability of the store.
Till transactions go through the main company so, you don't get bogged down with unnecessary admin!

About You:
You should have at least a couple of years experience managing a store or a department with a similar turnover and have worked within fashion retail.
