Sharing the best of T-Mobile with customers is always a priority. To do that, we need to create an environment that inspires our people to give us their best too. As an Assistant Team Leader at our call centre in Sunderland, that's where you'll come in.

In what is very much a two-fold challenge, you'll split your time between frontline call handling and direct team leadership. In other words, half of your day will be spent looking after customers yourself. And the other half, training, coaching, developing and generally bringing out the best in your team. In everything you do, of course, you’ll act as a role model and demonstrate the values and behaviours that set T-Mobile apart.

We’ll expect you to make a positive difference from the day you start. So as well as a solid customer service background, you’ll need some quality leadership or coaching experience. Call centre experience isn’t essential though. What’s most important is that you understand what great customer service is all about, are able to lead and develop people and you know how to share your enthusiasm for it with others.
