Associate Director - Pharma & Healthcare Research (boutique agency)
This is an excellent opportunity to join UK's leading specialist boutique healthcare & pharma agency. They are experts in ad-hoc research, both qual & quant with particular expertise in brand development research. They work extensively across all phases of the pharmaceutical lifecycle and have a particular strength in pre-launch and early phase market research.
Ideal Candidate:
* Can identify new business opportunities & help build a new client base
* A proven track record of managing multiple quantitative & qualitative studies
* Have managed a research team
* Excellent understanding of qualitative & quantitative techniques & models
* Experience working in pharmaceutical market research agency
* A good understanding of pharma & healthcare research in the UK and globally
* Strong sales & excellent client handling skills
* Team management experience and proven ability in motivating, developing and coaching people
* Fluency in another modern European language would be desirable
* Multiple therapeutic experience is desirable
* Ability to learn and teach others and explain methodologies and techniques to clients
The Role:
You will be involved in patient segmentation and unmet needs analysis; key opinion leader development and research; attribute mapping; building communication platforms; message development testing; repositioning and portfolio planning. You managing local & international qualitative & quantitative projects. You will take an active part in the development of the agency and promote the company's unique services internationally. The role will involve frequent international & domestic travel.
