The Role of an Associate Director
As an Associate Director You are an independent business owner who markets, sells and coaches Management , Development and Leadership products, programmes & services.
An outline of your responsibilities include:
1.Operate your own business at a profit.
2.Prospect and network for new clients
3.Follow the Companies Marketing strategy.
4.Contribute to the success ofevents
5.Sell the companies products, programmes and services to new clients
6.Help clients towards achieving measurable results by facilitating them through the contracted programmes they have purchased.
7.Build relationships with clients with the goal of winning re-sales.
8.Operate in complete observance of UK laws.
9.Operate within ethical guidelines of sound business practises as recommended by company.

You will have previous experience in a senior sales management role or in a Training , Development and Leadership role .
