Associate Partner/Partner is required for one of the UK's most respected Construction & Energy Practices.
This Construction & Legal Practice is primarily focused upon delivering and servicing the Construction industry as a whole. They provide solutions to their clients at every stage of the project process including contract negotiations, project development and dispute resolution services. They are renowned as the number 1 specialist in Construction and Energy litigation and are respected domestically in addition to internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
? This opportunity will encompass covering a broad remit of construction matters contentious and non-contentious;
? Experience working with all current standard documentation, tendering processes and mediation / arbitration matters useful;
? Working with senior management team to develop the practice and working closely with the projects, property & planning groups.

WHO YOU ARE
? You will have a substantive array of experience within procurement advice (including partnering), contract drafting and vetting, bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties.
? You will have vast exposure and be an expert upon advising national and international disputes regarding such matters as contract formation, defects, loss and expense, prolongation/delay, certification, determination/repudiation, and insolvency.
? You will be a proven fee earner and be known in the Construction Litigation field as a prominent figurehead in terms of reputation and client relationships by Chambers, Legal 500 and Legal Expert.
? You will also be an Arbitrator and possibly a registered adjudicator or CEDR mediator with associated panels including TeCSA, RICS, ICE, CIC and CIOB panels
? You will have prepared and conducted many cases at senior level and possibly have reported decisions in the High Court or Court of Appeal.
