We are looking for an Assistant Direct Marketing Manager to join a successful Travel company based in Banstead, Surrey.
THE ROLE:
You will assist the Head of Marketing, and at the same time, will be responsible for two Executives. Help to develop a direct marketing plan to increase retention, recommendations and acquisition.
Managing relationships with key partners and customers, budget responsibilities, looking after all offline marketing activity including Direct Marketing, PR, Advertising, Events and all brochures and printed communications.
BACKGROUND REQUIRED:
* It is essential that you have a Direct Marketing background
* Experience of working in the Travel industry is also essential
* Marketing qualification
* knowledge of Crystal reports preferred
* Must also have experience of managing staff
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels
* Excellent analytical skills
The working days and hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but you must be willing to work evenings and weekends if the business requires you to do so as you may be required to attend open evenings and events / shows.
