At Ernst & Young, we are looking for an experienced Audit Executive to join our Financial Services Asset Management Audit team in Edinburgh. You will provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement, whilst demonstrating strong commercial awareness that consists of the latest industry knowledge and trends. In addition you will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters. You will lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process. You will also demonstrate Business Development skills and identify additional sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
* ACA/ CA/ ACCA (ICAEW, ICAS, Irish Institute or equivalent international qualification) - preferably first time passes
* Degree qualified
* Financial Services Audit experience, and in particular experience of the Asset Management sector
* External audit experience gained within a professional services firm
