An above average basic salary is offered as this is not a “hard sell” environment, so the ability to build honest relationships on the telephone is of paramount importance. Your ability to use your intelligence, think on your feet, handle objections effectively, build credibility and close the appointment is key. Previous B2B telemarketing experience is preferred however training will be given to exceptional candidates.
There are significant opportunities for the right person to progress to Team Leader, Campaign / Project or Account Manager or within the IT team as this company has ambitious growth plans.
MAIN DUTIES
The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for making B2B outbound calls and booking appointments from carefully targeted prospect client lists in a business to business environment.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful Telemarketing Representative will have the following qualities and experience.
·Experience of B2B outbound telemarketing, appointment making or telesales
·A good attitude and excellent verbal communication skills.
·The ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively.
·The ability to convey your personality and intelligence over the telephone, and build relationships quickly.
