BANKING ADVISER /SALES ADVISER
BASED IN GRANTHAM
£14K - £15K + BONUS + BENEFITS

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Advisor to join a leading bank in their busy branch based in Grantham. You will be responsible delivering quality sales and service and delivering branch targets in sales, service and risk. You will spend a considerable amount of time dealing directly with customers to meet their demands and contributing to the branch's sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
> Achieve minimum target of 1.5 - 2 sales per review
> Recommend products and services to meet individual customer needs
> Active use of CSP and TSO to generate quality business leads
> Use good sales practices to identify and maximise business opportunities
> Demonstrate understanding of own areas of responsibilities for risk
> Supervise training and competence to monitor/develop designated sellers
> Be flexible and provide support to meet service and sales demands
You MUST have targeted sales experience in a banking or similar environment with proven success and have the desire to build a successful career in banking. You must be a real team player and have excellent customer service skills.

Hours: Mon-Sat 35 hours per week.
