An outstanding Bar Manager opportunity has arisen in a recently refurbished venue, situated on the glamorous south of Trafalgar Square and Pall Mall with excellent career prospectus. The Company has serious prospectus for overseas expansion in the next couple of months.
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to take the bar to the next level. The candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, be sales orientated with a track record of profitable sales growth, proactive and always looking to improve sales and the overall business. The candidate should have excellent budgeting, forecasting and stock level control understanding.
Whisky knowledge is a must, a flair for mixology, a passion for guest satisfaction, an ability to develop and implement training programs to improve and motivate the team.
We are looking for a Bar Manager with an eye for detail, who can produce an innovative cocktail menu, improve guest service standards and inspire change and growth. The candidate should have experience training a team, setting and improving operational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
·Be a DPS holder
·Health & Safety and Food Hygiene qualifications
·Excellent Oral and written English skills
·Strong negotiation skills
·Ability to analyze data to impact profit performance
