CLOSE TO EXETER IN DEVON

OTE approx. £30,000
Our client has 3 Boutiques in a busy town based close to Exeter in Devon and they are now looking for their ideal Beauty Boutique Manager.
Requirements for the role are: -
·NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
·Extensive proven experience within the beauty industry
·Beauty counter sales experience
·Staff management experience
·Strong retail sales ability
·Decleor or Guinot product training would be an advantage
We are looking for someone who gets a real buzz out of selling beauty products as this is a large part of the business.Someone who is looking for a long term role in a busy and friendly spa environment.For this role we need someone with some genuine drive and ambition.
The salons are open Mon – Sat with some late evenings on a rota basis.They are closed on Sundays.
The package consists of the following benefits
·£18k basic salary
·5 Weeks holiday
·£75 -£100 per month commission
·£100-200 of Decleor products free per month
·10% of wage in quarterly bonus
·£500 travel allowance per year
·25% store discount
