This medium-sized company is a leading specialist recruitment consultancy specialising in four key niche areas -Financial Selection, IT, Insurance and Hospitality. With strategic growth plans, they are inviting experienced Consultants to join their London team and earn £70K++ in their first year!
As a hands-on manager you will be coming on board to build the current Financial Services temps team, taking on the full recruitment cycle you will have an active billing role with responsibility for bringing on new business and driving the division forward as well as being in charge of full P&L.You and your team will be placing Finance professionals on a temporary basis in various roles within the Financial Services sector.With full scope and autonomy to progress the division and maximise revenue you should be billing at least £200k pa once established and motivating your team to do the same.
As an established recruiter you will have experience as a hands-on billing Manager or Team Leader, preferably with 5 years experience the Finance temps vertical, with a stable career history and a proven £250k billing record.You will be professional, driven and tenacious, with proven leadership skills and a flair for building lasting relationships as well as showing a hunger to succeed and earn serious money.You will be joining a dynamic and expanding company who can offer you fantastic benefits and progression opportunities, as well as the chance to take home unrivalled remuneration.
