About Our Client
Our client has a large base of existing clients in the BMS and Controls sector. Their market is typically from 100K to 500K and many of the contracts are award as repeat business, with a small arm of the business providing both service and small works in BMS/Controls to a longstanding client base. Their attention to detail and the quality of the companies work is a source of pride for the company with many of the staff coming from large companies attracted by the possibility of being part of a fast growing company.
About the Role
* To provide project management for major clients on projects up to 500K.
* To deal with the full lifecycle of the project including initially planning and pricing of enquiries to demonstrations and handover of systems.
* Manage the engineering and the commercial reporting throughout the project.
* Software engineering.
* Creating Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
* Creation of all associated paperwork.
* Co-ordination and assistance of the commissioning of new systems.
About the Candidate
* Knowledge of a variety of leading BMS Hardware.
* Knowledge of a variety of BMS Control Software.
* Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Equipment and Systems.
* Knowledge of Mechanical Systems and associated plant.
