With the aim of providing the perfect holiday at the right price this independent travel and cruise specialist is currently recruiting a Retail Travel Branch Manager to manage their branch in Market Harborough. The role of Retail Travel Branch Manager offers a basic salary between GBP16,000.00 and GBP19,000.00 dependent on experience.
Within the role of Retail Travel Branch Manager you will
- Performance manage a team of travel consultants to inspire, motivate and encourage self development
- Achieve all personal and store targets
- Be aware of competitor activity and have the ability to make reservations in all areas of retail travel.
To be successful in the role of Retail Travel Branch Manager you will
- Have the ability to be a very competent Manager, displaying a very hands on approach coaching and developing staff at all times.
- Be motivated and have the ability to exceed challenging sales targets.
- Have a proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
This role would particularly suit those who are assistant branch managers in a retail travel environment who are now looking for the next step up. We would also welcome applications from individuals who have already been in the role of Branch Manager, Travel Manager or Team Manager who has the ability to maximise profit margins.
In return for this you will receive a basic salary between GBP16,000.00 and GBP19,000.00 dependent on experience.
You will be working 5 days per week throughout the openings of the store, which are Monday to Saturday 09.00 - 17.30.
