This leading tour operator in West Sussex are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, ideally someone looking at their first step at running a small marketing team. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of £25-30k, company bonus and a generous benefits package.
Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
* To plan, create and implement integrated marketing communication campaigns to ensure that they meet brand, product and commercial objectives set for shorthaul.
* build an integrated marketing plan that achieves business objectives across direct and trade to agreed budget
* Effectively manage the marketing budget
* Manage the delivery of annual direct marketing communications plan
* Copywriting for all marketing campaigns including advertising, direct marketing, website splashpages, e-newsletters, partnership marketing and other promotional material
* Develop ad hoc / long term brand partnerships to increase direct share through brand awareness and brand integrity
* Perform analysis on database - including recency, frequency, value analysis
* Segment all campaigns to ensure relevant message is communicated to relevant audiences
Brand Marketing Manager Skills required:
* Demonstrate marketing experience, involving managing the full marketing mix (advertising, promotions, direct marketing, online, e-mail marketing and PR, partnerships) in a B2C environment
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and copywriting skills
* Ability to manage budgets effectively
* Knowledge of the travel industry
* Knowledge of print production and advertising
