BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS MARKETING SOLUTION CO. £19 k - £22k basic (realistic £50k - £60k OTE Uncapped) Manchester location A full sales cycle business to business telesales based role within a successful and expanding business marketing company which continue to experience growth and success despite the recent economic climate. Currently seeking a highly motivated and money hungry business to business Telesales Executive to join their Manchester based team. An opportunity ideal for those with proven business to business telesales and proactive lead generation experience. You will have a passion for developing new business over the telephone selling to a UK wide client base. KEY DUTIES: ·Developing new business leads through outbound cold calls. ·Identifying and closing opportunities promoting a range of marketing related services designed to add value to clients organisations . ·Autonomously building a sales pipeline of new business opportunities with both new and existing clients. ·Own and maintain a prospect database, ensuring that all opportunities are logged and regularly updated. ·Using consultative sales and questioning techniques, establishing a need from which to promote relevant benefits and negotiate packages to work in line with every budget ·Secure long term contracts and constantly aim to increase sales and revenue. ·Achieve set targets and deadlines. Requirements Due to the demands of the role all candidates must possess: - Previous experience of working within a fast paced business to business outbound telesales environment.
- Full sales cycle business to business sales experience from these concept / solution led industries could be suitable: - Marketing solutions, Business data / market intelligence, Advertising / Media or Outsourcing.
- Must be a results orientated, money motivated and enthusiastic telesales professional with a can do attitude and a passion for sales.
- You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions and products.
- Cold calling and lead generation ability.
- You will possess an excellent telephone manner with the ability to develop sustainable relationships.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, be self motivated and target driven and possess excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and CRM systems.
- You will be professional, tenacious and driven and enjoy working in a target driven and pressurised environments.
