Established for over 20 years this independently owned Recruitment Company is internationally recognised in the supply of recruitment professionals across their specialist markets worldwide.Currently based from 4 locations in Houston, Quatar, London & Aberdeen, they have experienced steady growth and have developed a widespread client base which includes major multinationals, small to medium sized independents and government owned organisations. Due to ongoing growth and continued success, they are now looking to take on an experienced Business Development Manager to join their experienced London team.
As new Business Development Manager you will be focussing purely on building relationships and winning new business, liaising with key industry players in order to develop into new areas and add to existing business.You will adopt a consultative approach, tending to relationships and targeting large accounts in order to build the company brand and drive sales forward.Managing a Resourcer you will also have responsibility for building a team around you and will cover the upstream Oil & Gas market, with the emphasis on senior level placements; given full autonomy in your role you should be up and running and maximising sales within 6 months.
As an established recruitment professional, you will ideally have 15 years + experience within Engineering, with a wealth of hands-on business development experience, a solid knowledge of the market and an exceptional track record to date.You will demonstrate tenacity, charisma and self-motivation, with proven business development skills, a real drive to succeed and a hunger to earn serious money.Demonstrating previous success in selling contract packages within the Oil & Gas and Technical arenas, you will be given full autonomy to progress and develop within an established business, who offers full support, excellent benefits and truly enviable remuneration.
