BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / FIELD SALES – ACCOUNTANCY SOLUTIONS £20k-£30k Basic negotiableDOE + Uncapped OTE (Realistic £40k-£50k) + Car/allowance An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and results focused field sales professional to join this growing and expanding Cheshire based organisation offering Accountancy services to a range of SME clients. THE ROLE: An autonomous, new business focused field sales role with long term career prospects.The key focus of this role will be identify and secure new business clients selling a variety of accountancy services and solutions, mainly within the SME market.Some leads will be provided however this cannot be relied upon - the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience of self generating pre qualified appointments from which to attend meetings and close deals.For those seeking long term career progression there is the opportunity to develop into a people manager leading a small team of Sales Executives. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Due to the immediate demands of the role ALL applicants must be able to demonstrate the following: - Previous experience of new business focused business to business field sales in a related sector.
- Relevant backgrounds include; Accountancy software, Outsourced Accountancy/Payroll services,Commercial Finance to SME end users (please note those who have sold finance to: Consumers, Brokers, IFAs etc cannot be considered).
- Proven success of working towards new business targets with facts/figures and references to back this up
- A desire to over achieve and ambition to progress being a key member of a close knit, client and results focused organisation.
