BUSINESS MANAGER / OPS MANAGER / SITE CONTROLLER
NEWPORT, GWENT, SOUTH WALES
Circa £24,000 plus Bonus OTE +£45k, Company Car & Benefits
An experienced and driven Business / Operations Manager required who is motivated, enthusiastic and determined, with a strong leadership style you will have the drive and ambition to get your site reaching its full potential.
This is a great opportunity which will see you working for one of the leading companies in the UK used car business, one that is continually expanding and growing offering the right candidate an opportunity to really make their name within the business, carving a highly successful career.
You will be dynamic and pro-active in your approach and you will need to demonstrate experience in sales management and business manager functions and also have the ability to deliver first class sales and customer care. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be organised and able to work to a sales process.
You will need to be successful and goal-focused with previous experience in a Business Management / Sales Management role ideally with the Motor Industry or Retail Industry.
We would welcome experience from any New or Used Car Dealerships, Main Dealership, Car Industry, General Sales Manager, Motor Industry Team Manager / Leader, Dealer Principle and Automotive industry. Plus main dealerships; Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, Saab, Ford, Citroën, Peugeot and other new and used car dealerships.
