| Job Description : | BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVE – IT Broker/IT Distributor/IT Distribution Sales/IT Sales. £20k Basic, £35-45k uncapped OTE. Greater Manchester/South Manchester location. Will suit any full sales cycle business to business telesales background or IT sales experience. Company; Our client is a professional, well established and highly profitable independent broker of branded IT products in to a varied client base and channel partners such as IT resellers, IT distributors and other IT Brokers. Currently seeking a proven business to business telesales professional with proven full sales cycle, new business and account management skills to join their expanding sales team in the Manchester office. Role; - A business to business full sales cycle telesales role where you would be responsible for promoting a wide range of IT products and solutions.
- Working in a sales trading floor environment and acting as stock broker of IT commodities.
- Building relationships with contacts throughout the UK in a broker sales environment, primarily selling to IT resellers and IT Distributors and brokering deals between them and the IT stockists.
- Building long term relationships, uncovering deals, negotiating between the buyers and sellers to initiate the best deals and to negotiate high profit margins, closing sales and gaining repeat business.
- Bringing on both small and large deals for sales of HP hardware products and IT equipment such as servers and server options.
- Using initiative at every opportunity to discover deals as early on a possible.
- Promoting the unique selling points (USPs) – large buying power, carrier of high volumes of stock, same day and next day delivery.
- Targeted on a profit basis and able to earn 12.5% of business generated above a realistic threshold.
- An autonomous role and sales environment where you are trusted to manage your own day and sales activity.
Key requirements; - Must have previous business to business telesales experience, including new business, closing sales and strategic account management .
- Would suit candidates with previous IT telesales experience
- Must have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to / experience of working to margins and negotiating deals based on profit margins would be beneficial.
- Proven cold calling, questioning, negotiating, objection handling, opening and closing sales skills and techniques.
- Ability to build new business relationships from scratch and network to increase pipelines.
- An autonomous and financially motivated sales approach.
- A strong and confident telephone manner with the ability to build long term client relationships and converse at all levels, including Director level.
In return: - £20k Basic, £35-45k uncapped OTE
