Business Travel Team Manager - Required for one of the largest Independent Corporate Travel Management Companies in Cheadle - This exciting opportunity is due to expansion and growth
This successful Business Travel Company require a motivated individual, with excellent supervisory skills to lead and manage a team of Business Travel Consultants. Working Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week, between 8am - 6.30pm.
The successful Team Manager will be rewarded with an excellent salary dependant on experience, whilst gaining competitive industry benefits, which include 23 days holiday (rising to 27 with service) contributory pension scheme, educationals and excellent career development and progression to encourage their staff's performance.
Business Travel Team Manager experience required:
- Team Manager, Supervisory or Team Leader experience is essential for this role, ideally from within a Business Travel environment, managing multiple products, including Air reservations using a CRS / GDS
- Preferably candidates will have Business Travel, or Tailormade Air experience, however candidates from a Supervisory position within the retail industry will be considered, but experience of using a CRS for Air products is a must.
- Excellent working knowledge of Amadeus CRS / GDS or Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan is essential and we can offer cross training for the right candidate to the company's native Amadeus GDS.
The Business Travel Team Manager role and responsibilities include:
- Conduct performance reviews, one to ones, coaching and disciplinaries
- Deal with escalated queries and complaints which will include advice on more complex itineraries
- Support the Account Management Team to develop and build strong client relationships
- To deliver exceptional customer service at all times regularly monitoring and reviewing the teams service delivery.
