Back to Life Co-ordinator - Bradford
£14,742 - £16,142 per annum – 25 hours per week
Based in Bradford, you will develop and run the Back to Life Service which will provide stroke survivors with social and occupational integration opportunities within their local community with the aim of reducing isolation, aiding adjustment to disability and improving the quality of life for all those affected by stroke.
With recent experience of working with disabled people and/or stroke survivors and their carers you must have a strong understanding of the challenges faced. You will also have worked with other health & social care professionals to assist individuals in establishing their personal goals and developing a programme of support to help them achieve them. A confident communicator, you must have experience of leading creative and stimulating activity based group sessions and managing a team of volunteers. Life coaching experience/training would be beneficial and experience of setting up a service or project an advantage. You must also be a full licence holder with use of own car for business purposes.
