Banking Advisor
Hours:40 hours between 9:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Friday,
There will also be a requirement to work one in four Saturdays
Location:Cheadle, Greater Manchester
Salary:Basic £14,000 - £18,000 negotiable dependent on experience plus excellent commission potential
We are looking for experience telephone based advisors to speak to clients with a view to bringing them on board with our new bank account product.

Role and responsibilities:
o Call handling referred from any area of the business
o Business Generation matched to or in excess of set monthly targets
o Telesales of the newly acquired managed bank account service to current and prospective clients.
o Maximization of potential lead conversion through the current client database
o Accurately inform clients of the services available to them in relation to the Bank Accounts product portfolio.
o The advisor has to ensure that all clients are completely aware of the necessary requirements in relation to the correct opening of the bank account.
o An advisor has to ensure clients receive all presale documentation as well as keeping up to date computer records in relation to this task.
o Once an enquiry has been made, documentation sent etc. An advisor needs to be fully aware of their own sales workflow and prepared to chase prospective clients if the correct documentation has not been received.
o Resolution of customer queries re the account opening process
o Accurate record taking of calls received and dialed.
o Manage banking workflows in relation to the required pre agreed timescales.
o To deal with professionally any other duties that fall within the job descriptions remit
