As an inbound call handling agent for this leading financial services organisation you will work within the banking division taking calls from customers and assisting them with their needs.The service you will provide will be an express service to the highest standard as this is a benefit that the customer is paying for.You must ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times and that all tasks and responsibilities are dealt with in an efficient manner.
The role itself is the first stage on the career path to becoming a personal account manager where you will manage your own portfolio of customers.The progression is expected within 6-12 months, after which your package will increase substantially to reflect the responsibility of the role.
The company offer an excellent training programme, classroom based with an assigned team mentor and conduct monthly 1 to 1’s to ensure that you are developing and on track for progression.
Person Specification
You must have a min of 6 months telephone based customer service experience ideally gained within a call centre or high volume call environment
Proven verbal communication skills
Excellent keyboard skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to work on own initiative, maintaining accuracy at all time
