This National Law firm with significant transactions and deals are currently looking for a Commercial legal secretary in the Banking and Finance Group supporting a new Partner.
The team represents high profiles financial institutions and corporate clients. The work is always varied, exciting and extremely challenging. The Partner is extremely laid back and lovely to work for. You will also be supporting a Senior Associate and a Solicitor.
On a day to day basis, you will be working on large transactions. Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to prepare lengthy documents with track changes. General duties also include drafting letters/documents, client contact, billing and credit card reconciliation.
To be successful you will be someone who has worked in a similar role with a high amount of responsibility, and someone who naturally assists the team during quiet times.
This is a sensational opportunity to be part of a close and successful team. The team meets on a weekly basis to discuss targets. You will be included in team rewards and lunches at the end of transactions.
