An outgoing,reliable and experienced bar manager is sought by our client for their hotel near Barnard Castle.
Main duties will include;
o General Bar Shifts
o Being in charge of the cleanliness and working order of the bars and cellars
o Ordering of bar supplies & stock
o Assisting with Stocktaking and being responsible and accountable for stock
o Possible Duty Management Shifts
