Bi-Lingual Customer Service Administrator
My Leamington based client is seeking to recruit a bi-lingual Customer Service Administrator. You will ideally be fluent in one of the following languages – Italian, Spanish, German or Polish.
Responsibilities
• You will be heavily involved in daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• You will oversee customer accounts and be responsible for scheduling tasks and task maintenance. This includes being responsible for the filing and accurate maintenance of associated records.
• You will reveal associated data in spreadsheet format, for management review
• You will ensure both internal and external compliance
• General office duties, such as filing, photocopying and faxing
Essential Skills
• Excel (Intermediate Level) - knowledge of V-Look ups, formatting, chart creation and manipulation of data
• Outlook
• Microsoft Word
• PowerPoint
• Networks – Knowledge of how to navigate across networks to access drives on several servers
• Languages - Spanish, Italian, German or Polish
• Excellent Customer Service skills
Useful but not Essential Skills Required
• Oracle Database – user knowledge
• Web based applications, search engines
Qualities
• Able to learn quickly
• Ability to work to deadlines and accuracy are essential
• A flexible working attitude
• Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
• Able to work under pressure at times & prioritise workload
• Good telephone manner
