Job Role

Reporting into the Business Development Director you will be responsible for leading a sizeable BSF bid through to preferred bidder and financial close; you will be responsible for building a relationship with the local authority and managing the entire bid process which includes all elements of design, commercial and legal.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of winning bids in the PFI market; education sector experience is preferable but is not a prerequisite as experience in other PFI markets such as waste, health and defence will be seriously considered. You will need to have the managerial and leadership skills to lead the bid and have the interpersonal skills to build long standing relationships.
They are one of the leading investment companies in this market and are part of a larger group that have over 10,000 employees and a turnover in excess of £2 billion. They operate in a number of PFI markets including education/BSF, health, waste and defence.
£90,000 - £100,000 plus car, health, pension and bonus
