45990732 Bid Director North West £85000 to £100000 per annum Permanent jobs Updated 19/11/2009 18:07 Job Role Reporting into the Education Director you will be responsible for leading a sizeable BSF bid through to preferred bidder and financial close; you will be responsible for building a relationship with the local authority and managing the entire bid process which includes design, commercial and legal processes.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of winning bids in the PFI market; education sector experience is preferable but is not a prerequisite as experience in other PFI markets such as waste, health and defence will be seriously considered. You will need to have the managerial and leadership skills to lead the bid and have the interpersonal skills to build long standing relationships.
They are the investment arm of a leading contractor across the UK. They are involved with a number of PFI markets including education, health and social housing.
£85,000 - £100,000 plus benefits
