Job Role

The main remit to the role will be to strategically decide on work to bid for and then lead the bid throughout the preconstruction process. The bids will largely be based around the PFI sector in health, education, social housing and other potential markets.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of bidding for work in the PFI sector and ideally will have won bids in health, education, social housing and other PFI financed projects. You will need to have the drive and gravitas to lead a team and be able to commercially decide which bidswill be beneficial to the business moving forwards.
They are already a successful privately run group with a facilities management division, construction and investment arm with a portfolio of business across the UK in the PFI sector.
Circa £80,000 basic plus car, health, pension and bonus

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
