Working closely with Bid, Operational and Commercialteams you will have a full and thorough understanding of not only Social Housing but the complete bid process from initial ITT and PQQ beyond. You will have a proven track record of the bid management process within Social Housing. You will understand the complexities within the sector andand offer best practice to your colleagues nationally. Contracts range from Decent Homes, refurbishment schemes to New Build, Affordable Housing and regeneration projects.
Social Housing experience is essential as is the technical knowledge and a proven track record in Bid Management.
The Ideal candidate will possess: - A proven track record in a similar role within the Social Housing environment. - The ability to manage large scale tenders. - Thorough technical understanding of the bid process within Social Housing. - First class inter-personal and communication skills (written and verbal).
