Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit candidates who are fluent in FRENCH, additional languages an advantage - German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch
Our client has customers based worldwide hence, you will be responsible for managing the overseaes accounts. Ideally you will have proven customer service/call centre experience however, training will be provided. You will need to be able to converse over the telephone in any of the related languages. General administration duties, updating the databases, sending out mailers and product samples.
In return our client offers free parking, pension scheme, health care and other excellent benefits. Working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Salary between £13,500 - £15,000 depending on experience plus bonus.
